This bowling alley was owned by Dick Maury and started out in the 1940's. This was one of his earlier lanes. He closed this alley when Holiday Lanes (now Spare Time Entertainment Center) opened up. After Spartan Lanes closed, it became the Silver Dollar Saloon and many other businesses. Bob Seger, ZZ Top an Aerosmith were some of the many acts that played here. The old building was demolished in 2009. As of 2023, a new apartment building with a bank on the ground floor sits on the lot.
