The Livingston Cinema was planned by the Kitchens family who successfully operated many theaters and business in Michigan. They owned and operated the Fenton 6, this would have been a replacement for that in a sense. Evidently the property was purchased, an architect was hired and even a sign was erected on the lot. At some point the project was cancelled.
