Apparently Imperial 400 was a chain. This particular one was operating as St. Joseph's Riverwatch Inn since 1964. By 1978, the facility was being used to house future parolees by the corrections dept. This led to an increase in crime in and around the motel unfortunately. Ultimately it was condemned in 2011 and demolished thereafter.
