There is/was a motel operating as the Idlewild but I don't think this one is it. This motel goes back to before 1954. I don't have the actual name for this one yet but I will find it eventually. The buildings still stand as of 2023 but the motel is long closed. I found some mentions in the newspaper archives that may or may not pertain to this motel. I have added a photo of the Vogue Motel in Idlewild here for reference. I don't believe it was the same place, but notable just the same.
