I found an ad for this place while researching another motel. This one goes back to the 1960's and I found one newspaper mention of it in 1971. I believe I have located the motel on the 1978 aerial photo. The angle of the building and the dock pictured matches up nicely. The motel was gone by the mid 1980's. There is a large house or condo sitting at or near the old lot on Cincinnati Ave as of 2024 so I am using that address.
