This vintage motel appears to go back to the 1950's and were run by Mr. and Mrs. E. G. Wilson. There are no less than 4 motels along that stretch as of 2023 and one of them could be the old Siver Creek Motel. There is the Poplar, the Rock, the Clearview, and the Best Motel. Update: I am fairly certain this motel is now the Poplar. It is the correct distance from town and the aerial photography indicates the front section of this motel seems to have been added on. The historical aerial indicates a layout very similar to the postcard views.
