Update 12/7/2024: I found a postcard for this motel and it was known as the Yolanda Motorest.
I am convinced this efficiency apartment complex was once a motel but at the moment I cannot determine the original name. I will keep researching until I find it. This place shows up on the aerial photography as early as 1957.
